Open Awareness Meditation

Resting in spacious awareness without focus on any particular object, recognizing consciousness itself.

Open awareness meditation (also called choiceless awareness or panoramic awareness) is the practice of resting in pure awareness without selecting or rejecting any experience. Unlike concentration practices that narrow focus to a single object, open awareness expands to include everything - sounds, sensations, thoughts, emotions - while remaining identified with none of them. This is the natural state of mind, unconditioned and free. Studies show this practice activates the default mode network differently, potentially accessing non-dual states of consciousness where subject-object division dissolves.

Don't seek, don't search, don't ask, don't knock, don't demand - relax. If you relax, it comes. If you relax, it is there.
