Subject-Object Unity

The dissolution of dualistic thinking that separates observer from observed.

In deep meditation, the separation between meditator and meditation dissolves. Subject and object merge into non-dual awareness. This isn't theoretical but directly experienced: no one listening, only sound; no one breathing, only breath.
