Non-Attachment

Enjoying fully while releasing grasping - freedom through letting go.

Non-attachment doesn't mean not caring - it means caring deeply without clinging. Love people, enjoy experiences, pursue goals, while knowing nothing lasts. This paradox: we experience more fully when we hold nothing.

You only lose what you cling to.

Applied to practice this is the hardest instruction in the set: keep the discipline while releasing your grip on what it will get you. "You only lose what you cling to" cuts against every habit system built on tracking progress.
