The Dreaming established not only the physical world but also the laws governing human conduct. These laws cover kinship, marriage, ceremony, land use, and moral behavior. They are not arbitrary rules but the fundamental order of existence, maintaining harmony between all beings.
The Law was given to us in the Dreaming. It is not ours to change.
Dreaming Law represents a complete legal and ethical system with cosmic authority.
