The Hound - Loyalty and Protection
The hound as ultimate symbol of loyalty, the warrior's companion, and guardian of the threshold.
Hounds represented the highest loyalty and were companions to heroes like Cúchulainn, whose name means 'Hound of Culann.' The hound guards thresholds between worlds and accompanies the soul on its final journey.
A hound's loyalty knows no bounds; may we be worthy of such devotion.
The hound embodies Celtic values of loyalty, protection, and the bond between human and animal.
