The Dagda - The Good God

The father god who possesses the cauldron of plenty, the club of life and death, and the harp of seasons.

The Dagda is the chief of the Tuatha Dé Danann, a god of abundance, skill, and paternal protection. His cauldron never empties, his club kills with one end and resurrects with the other, and his harp controls the seasons. He embodies generous masculine power.

The Good God provides for all his children, from his cauldron that never empties.

Traditional, Irish Mythology

The Dagda represents Celtic ideals of paternal generosity and skilled mastery.
