Learning from Failure

Using mistakes as opportunities for growth.

Mistakes and failures are opportunities for learning. The cultivated person does not repeat errors but reflects on them and improves. Not erring is less important than learning from error.

To err and not reform, this indeed is an error.

Confucius, Analects 15.30

The real error is failing to learn from mistakes.
