Nous - The Divine Mind in Humanity
The spark of divine Mind present in every person.
Nous is the divine Mind that dwells within humans as their highest faculty. Not everyone is conscious of Nous, but it is present in all. Awakening to Nous is the beginning of the spiritual path.
Mind is not separate from the substantiality of God, but is, as it were, united with it.
Nous is the point of contact between human and divine.
