Wayeb - The Dangerous Days

Wayeb consists of five days when the boundaries between worlds are weak and danger is heightened. During Wayeb, people traditionally stayed home, avoided travel, and refrained from important activities. These days remind us that creation requires rest and renewal.
In Wayeb, the doors between worlds stand open; the wise stay close to home.
Wayeb represents liminal time when normal rules are suspended.
