The Sacred Bundle
Ritual objects wrapped in cloth that contain and transmit spiritual power.
Sacred bundles contain objects of power - crystals, obsidian, ancient relics - wrapped in cloth and opened only for ceremonies. They embody the power and authority of lineages and communities. Day-keepers maintain bundles that anchor their practice.
The bundle carries the power of ancestors; treat it with utmost reverence.
Sacred bundles demonstrate the Mayan understanding of power as transmittable through objects.
