Kaam - Lust
Uncontrolled desire and craving that leads to exploitation and spiritual blindness.
Kaam is excessive desire, particularly sexual lust, that controls the mind. It leads to exploitation of others and distorts perception of reality. It must be transformed, not suppressed.
Lust and anger are cruel enemies; they lead mortals astray and cause them to wander.
Kaam is transformed through redirecting desire toward the Divine.
