Four Yogas of Mahamudra

The progressive stages of realization in Mahamudra practice.

The four yogas are: one-pointedness, simplicity, one-taste, and non-meditation. These mark the progressive deepening of realization from initial stability to complete awakening.

In non-meditation, there is nothing left to accomplish.

Gampopa, Jewel Ornament of Liberation

The four yogas map the complete path of Mahamudra realization.
