Hell - House of Lies
The temporary destination of wicked souls before final renovation.
Wicked souls fall from the Chinvat Bridge into the House of Lies (Drujo Demana), a place of darkness, suffering, and separation from good. Unlike eternal damnation, this ends at Frashokereti when all are purified.
The followers of the Lie shall dwell in darkness until the renovation.
Hell is purgatorial rather than eternal in Zoroastrianism.

- What Zoroastrianism says about truth and lying
The Zoroastrian hell is literally named the House of Lies, and this is where the tradition becomes uncomfortable: the penalty for falsehood is darkness and separation from good. It is not eternal — at Frashokereti even those souls are purified, which makes this a rare hell with an end date.
