Summer Solstice - The Height of Power
The longest day, when the sun reaches its peak and begins its journey toward darkness.
At summer solstice, the sun reaches its greatest power. Stone circles and sacred sites align with sunrise. Yet within this triumph of light lies the seed of darkness, for from this day forward, nights grow longer. Celebrate the peak while preparing for change.
At the height of summer, remember winter; at the peak of power, cultivate humility.
Summer solstice observance shows Celtic awareness of cyclical change even at moments of triumph.
