Eternal Life Begins Now
Eternal life is not just future duration but present quality of life in relationship with God.
Jesus defines eternal life: 'Now this is eternal life: that they know you, the only true God, and Jesus Christ, whom you have sent.' Eternal life is not merely living forever but knowing God—an intimate, transforming relationship that begins now and continues forever. Quantity of time matters less than quality of relationship. Believers already have eternal life; death does not interrupt it but transitions it. This teaching shifts focus from future escape to present reality. Heaven begins on earth for those who know God through Christ.
