Ar-Rahim - The Most Merciful

Ar-Rahim (الرحيم) indicates Allah's special mercy for the believers—the mercy that guides, forgives, and grants Paradise. While Ar-Rahman's mercy is universal, Ar-Rahim's mercy is specifically for those who believe and strive in faith. This name appears alongside Ar-Rahman in the Bismillah, together expressing the full spectrum of divine mercy.
