Contentment (Santosh)
Being satisfied with what one has naturally supports non-possessiveness.
Santosh, or contentment, is the inner attitude that makes aparigraha possible. When satisfied with what one has, there's no drive to accumulate more. Contentment is wealth itself.
The content person lacks nothing; the discontent person never has enough.
Contentment is the psychological foundation of aparigraha.
