Purpose of Human Existence
Humans exist to remember, honor, and sustain the gods.
Humans were created because the gods wanted beings who would remember and honor them. Our purpose is to maintain this remembrance through ceremony, prayer, and right living. Fulfilling this purpose brings blessing; neglecting it brings misfortune.
The gods made us to remember them; let us not forget.
Human purpose teaching provides meaning and motivation for religious practice.
