Haumai - Ego-Self
The false sense of separate self that creates suffering and blocks union with God.
Haumai is the ego-sense that says 'I am separate, I am the doer.' This fundamental illusion is the root cause of all suffering and the barrier to spiritual realization.
Haumai is the great disease; the medicine is also within it.
Haumai is dissolved through remembrance of the True Self.
