Samma Vaca - Right Speech
Speaking truthfully, kindly, and beneficially.
Right Speech means abstaining from false speech, divisive speech, harsh speech, and idle chatter. Positive practice includes speaking truthfully, harmoniously, gently, and meaningfully.
Whatever words we utter should be chosen with care.
Speech creates karma and shapes relationships and communities.
