Children's Education

Systematic moral and spiritual education for children is a responsibility of the entire community, not only parents.

The Bahá'í community takes collective responsibility for the education of children. Bahá'í children's classes provide moral and spiritual education integrated with intellectual development. The curriculum nurtures children's spiritual nature, developing virtues, a love of prayer, and the desire to serve. This educational responsibility belongs to the whole community.

Every child is potentially the light of the world.
