Rahmah - Compassion

The tender mercy and compassion toward all creation that reflects divine mercy.

Rahmah (الرحمة) is mercy and compassion, the quality that drives one to help those in need and feel others' pain. The Prophet (PBUH) said: 'Those who show mercy are shown mercy by the Most Merciful. Show mercy to those on earth, and the One above will show mercy to you.' Rahmah extends to all creation—humans, animals, and even plants. One who lacks rahmah is deprived of Allah's mercy. The Prophet showed rahmah even to enemies who later became his followers. Rahmah is not weakness but strength expressed through kindness.

And We have not sent you, [O Muhammad], except as a mercy to the worlds.

Quran, Surah Al-Anbiya 21:107

The Prophet (PBUH) is 'mercy to the worlds' (rahmatan lil-'alamin)—his mission was mercy, his character was mercy, and his legacy is mercy.
