Tibetan Buddhism

Three Marks - Non-Self

There is no permanent, unchanging self or soul.

Anatta (non-self) teaches that what we consider 'self' is a constantly changing process of five aggregates. There is no fixed, permanent essence - this realization liberates from ego-clinging.

All phenomena are empty of self.

Buddha, Heart Sutra

Understanding non-self is key to liberation from suffering.
