Madhyamaka - The Middle Way Philosophy

The philosophical system that avoids extremes of existence and non-existence.

Madhyamaka, founded by Nagarjuna, navigates between eternalism (things exist inherently) and nihilism (things don't exist at all). It reveals reality as empty yet appearing, beyond conceptual extremes.

Whatever is dependently arisen is explained to be emptiness.

Nagarjuna, Mulamadhyamakakarika

Madhyamaka provides the philosophical foundation for Mahayana Buddhism.
